Continental US only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes)
Warehouses: California, Texas, Florida

European Union:
EU countries only (excluding islands)
Warehouse: Mroków, Poland

United Kingdom:
UK only
Warehouse: Birmingham

We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

 


2. Processing & Delivery Time

Order processing: 1–3 business days

Delivery time: 
US:Standard(Delivery in 4-7 Business Days)
VIP(Delivery in 2–4 Business Days)


EU:(Delivery in 5-8 Business Days)
VIP(Delivery in 3-5 Business Days)

UK:Standard(Delivery in 4-6 Business Days)
VIP(Delivery in 1-4 Business Days)

Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, weather, or carrier delays. Tietie is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

 


3. Address Changes & Refused Shipments

Address change before shipment: Free (before tracking number is issued)

Refused or undeliverable shipments: USD $180

Address change after delivery: USD $50 per item

 


4. Shipping Fees

(1) Electric Off-Road Motorcycles

Free shipping on all new motorcycles

(2) Accessories

Free shipping on orders over USD $99

Orders under USD $99: shipping calculated at checkout

(3) Return Shipping (Non-Fault Returns)

Motorcycle: USD $180

Battery: USD $100

Accessories: USD $30 per item

 


5. Shipping Damage Claims

To file a shipping damage claim:

1.Report damage within 7 days of delivery

2.Email service@tietiebike.com

3.Provide clear photos or videos

4.Keep all original packaging and documents

5.Note damage on the delivery receipt if signature is required

Failure to follow this process may void eligibility for compensation.

 


6. Multiple Shipments

Due to size and weight restrictions, motorcycles and accessories may ship separately.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries on different dates.
