Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing a Tietie Electric Off-Road Motorcycle. If there is any issue with your order or if you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your concerns are handled fairly and efficiently.
1. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are subject to a processing fee depending on the order status.
To cancel an order, please contact service@tietiebike.com as soon as possible, preferably before the order enters processing.
Cancellation Fees
Before shipment:
5% processing fee (deducted from the refund amount)
After shipment:
USD $180 cancellation fee (deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping and handling costs)
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
(1) Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
(2) Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:
Be unused, in brand-new condition
Be free of dirt, dust, odors, or signs of use
Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 14 days after delivery.
(3) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items showing visible signs of use
Clearance items, promotional orders, gift cards, or gift orders
Batteries (except in cases of severe damage or malfunction covered under warranty)
Important: After shipping a return, please email us the return tracking number.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
(1) Non-Defective Returns (Customer Responsibility)
If a return is initiated for reasons not caused by Tietie (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs:
Electric motorcycle: USD $180 per unit
Battery: USD $100 per unit
Accessories: USD $30 per item
(2) Defective or Damaged Items (Tietie Responsibility)
If the product arrives damaged or defective, Tietie will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or compensation.
Damage or defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery
Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof
(3) Unauthorized Returns & Restocking Fee
Unauthorized returns (returned without prior approval) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee
Once a return or exchange is approved, Tietie will provide a return shipping label
Do not ship items back without receiving the official return label
4. Refund Process
Inspection:
Returned items will be inspected within 3–6 business days after receipt.
Notification:
You will be notified by email whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
Refund Issuance:
Approved refunds (minus applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
Before shipment:
Free exchange for products of equal value. Price differences apply if switching models.
After shipment or within 14 days of delivery:
Unused motorcycles may be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for:
USD $180 return shipping fee
Any price difference between models
